A Live AI Form Coach for Your Swing and Your Lifts
Prop your phone up and swing, or lift, at home with no equipment. Formanti follows your body live on your phone, draws the correct position in green wherever you are off, and tells you out loud what to fix. Your video never leaves your phone.
No equipment needed. Practise at home. Just do the movement properly in front of your phone: a shadow swing for racquet sports, a rep for lifting. No court, ball, shuttle or weights needed, and a racket or a bar is optional.

Frequently asked questions
Does shadow practice upload my video?
No. The pose tracking runs on your phone, so your video stays on it.
Is shadow practice free?
Your first 10 minutes are free with a free account. After that a pass opens it for a week, a month or a year. You pay once and nothing renews on its own.
Which sports does it cover?
Badminton, tennis, table tennis, pickleball and squash swings, and seven lifts: deadlift, squat, push-up, lunge, overhead press, bent-over row and Romanian deadlift.
Do I need a coach or any equipment?
No. Prop your phone up two to three metres away with your whole body in view. The target ranges are guide values, not a coach's verdict.
